As of January 1, 2020 I am mostly retired. I will still be selling fine art prints and may take assignments for previous clients depending on scheduling requirements.
I’ve been behind a camera for over 40 years. Even though I’ve had other careers on and off, photography is my first love. Against my father’s advice, I attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Photographic Arts and Sciences (he suggested a degree in business). Upon reflection, I realize I made the right choice, since business management came naturally to me. I was then free to focus on my first love.
I spent the first 50 years of my life in and around Washington, DC and moved to San Antonio in 2003. The history and beauty of the Alamo city and the rugged charm of the Texas Hill Country has brought new inspiration to my art.
Whether creating enticing images of the Hill Country, or creative images of architecture, the goal of my work is to engage the viewer.
